Experiencing poor audio on outbound calls via SIP trunk. Bandwidth stats show jitter. Any ideas on what I should be looking at ? Mitel 3300 controller.
It has nothing to do with 3300 controller. Look into your network infrastructure. What kind of SIP trunk. Is it delivered over private network or public Internet? Do you have QoS implemented in the network. Do you have network utilization monitoring?
It is delivered over private network. I can see packet loss coming out from the external intface of the firewall. QOS is enabled on the links and network. Any free software recommended for network utilization. Could this be a duplex problem ?
