I have a site with R7.0 - I running in pool mode. All is/was fine until I did the following:

I added lines 7 and 8 to the system.

I added lines to pools: 880
I put them in #206,#506, #507 (all the usual)

From what I can tell, all phones use these lines in the rotation for outbound calls.

The issue is that when the AA transfers a call to ext 10 which is key mode, calls for these 2 lines ring in on the intercom buttons rather than the line buttons. She says lines 1 - 6 ring in on their own actual line buttons. Why would only 7 and 8 show up on the intercom button when they are also on line buttons? Again, this is only ext. 10 which is key mode. What did I do different for 7 & 8 on her phone?

Are both line 7 and 8 set to the same ring type as 1 through 6? Immediate ring I presume and not delayed or No Ring?

I assume you can access line 7 and 8 from x10 by pressing their respective button, correct?

Actually, re-reading your post, if a call is transferred out of a voicemail port, it will ring on the intercom button as well as have the line button flash. But it is an internal transfer out of voicemail. Are lines 1-6 possibly ringing her phone prior to going to the attendant?

Did you actually add line buttons for lines 7 and 8 on Ext. 10, with #301-10-07-1 and #301-10-08-1?
