I have 3 doorphones connected as trunks and set in a pool to ring phones. Just added VM for only 2 MB's and 2 extensions. The CO Lines have principal user to the correct MB and that works great but the door phones go to VM after 4 rings which the customer doesnt want. Is there a way to stop the pool trunks from going to VM or bump up the rings and then I can adjust the ringing timeout on the doorphones to disconnect before VM answers?

When you have lines that are not in pools, or assigned to an extension as "principal user", they will cover to the mailbox of the lowest numbered logical ID that has voice mail.

The solution is to assign the doorbox lines to an adjunct extension as well as to the extensions that already receive them. Then, set that adjunct extension as the principal user for those lines, making sure that the adjunct isn't in the voice mail cover group.
