Hello all,

I continue to get 'pool busy 00/02...4C02' errors despite adding more trunks to the system. I added four lines to a system that had 12. What gives here?

Sorry, This is a Magix r2.1, v8.0......
Thanks in advance.

If you are sure that they have enough trunks for the busy times of day, make sure that there is dial tone all of the 12 lines that you have indicated are in the pool. The error will also peg if all lines are unavailable due to high traffic or no lines being avail due to loss of dt.

I think 00/02 means that the 2nd pool is the culprit. if you added the new lines to pool 70 you would still get the error.

GoKings - I will have all of the lines checked the next time a tech is at the site.

exsmogger - Yes, I put them in the first pool

ttech - I have a pool 70 for the ground start lines and 890 for the loop start lines. Should I have these converted to loop start and shove them into 890?

Thanks to all
