Hello

we have one pool btn on our that we press to make outgoing calls if we have a call in our pool btn and we put that call on hold we cannot get another call should we program a sys access btn

You could assign the Pool Dial Out Code to the extension, then from an SA button you dial 70 or 890 or whatever the pool is to make the call.

Or you could just set up your ARS to use the pools, and dial 9 and the telephone number on the SA button.
