Pool Access for extension on Merlin Legend v7 1

Hello,

I have a user who is unable to dial out. I compared his extension programming to anothers and the only thing missing is the Pool Access Number 70. How do I add Pool Access number 70 to his extension? As always your assistance is greatly appreciated.
