Polyspan Soundstation Cable Spec

Hi,

Can anyone help me out with the RJ45 cable spec for the Polyspan Soundstation? It links the Soundstation to the Power Unit and is only referred to as the 'long cable' in the user guide. Have tried straight-thru and standard x-over with no luck. Thanks in advance.
