Polycomm speaker phine on AUX port of EXT. 20

Customers have all 4 lines answered by A.A. on first ring. Person at Ext.20 is complaining he cannot answer calls on the Polycommm speakerphone plugged in his AUX port.

Any suggestions??

Nothing happens, user cannot answer said Polycomm.

So....if a person tries to answer via the Polycom....the system phone keeps on ringing and the Polycom appears "dead"?

2. Can you place outgoing calls on the Polycom?
3. Did you try the Polycom by itself?
4. Did you try the Polycom on another set's AUX?

A.A. answers all calls. Caler then enters Ext. For example EXT. 20.
Polycomm is connected to Ext. 20.
Person at Ext. 20 cannot pick up calls at Polycomm.

Problem fixed. Apparent user error.

Most of the sets were old and did not have Aux ports.
