anyone have a (analog)polycommm working on their system using conference.

I hooked one up on the analog port(413) and I'm unable to make the second call to conf someone in. The reason I think because you cannot give it any intercomm keys.
Something I must be missing

Thanks

You can give an analog port 2 intercom keys. The ftr code would be, Flash 3.

I don't understand

under Element manager for the analog port is n/a.

You believe I can go to the polycomm and hit flash 3 and an intercomm key will be given to the set?
so if I hit flash 3 twice it would give it 2 intercomm keys?

No, in programming for the DN number of your analog port choose 2 under intercom buttons. Flash 3 is the feature code equivalent of conf. on an analog tel.

ahhhh
Noted in my second post Intercomm is grey out N/A (Not available) under intercomm keys for that port

Do you have a BCM50 analog port with intercomm keys ?
Norstar's could do this

any other thought?

Well that's news to me. You might see if an ATA off a digital port gives you a choice.

yes or maybe they need a digital polycomm
Thanks

Sounds like the analog port has not been activated with a keycode.

analog port is active I can make a call in and out but you cannot conference a second call

Go to the docs thru the browser and IP address and there is a user card for analog devices. This has the features you need.

I'll check it out thanks cook
