Polycomm not working with SIP

Polycomm Sound Station 2 with CISCO ATA188 not working after converting from PRI to SIP.
 
Are you sure the ATA is running SIP? With an analog phone connected to port 1, lift the handset, then press the function button on top of the ATA. Press 123# on the phone and when it tells you the version number, it should also tell you what protocol is running on the unit.

Is the ATA registered on your SIP server (if not you may be onto a looser to start with).
Next, what CODEC are you running? I'd go with g711a/u and start from there.
Do your timings match i.e. even if running G711 for example, are the server / client timings the same?
