Is there anything special, in regards to programing and setup for the R.7, for a polycom soundstation? When I attempt to use the conference call scenario, i.e. make a call, push the conference button on the polycom to place the second call, and I recieve intercom dialtone instead of clec dial tone. The polycom papers suggest that I check into avaya partner system requirements for further information. I'm at a loss, any help would be great! Thanks

Make the 1st call, press FLASH, get Intercom Dial Tone, dial 9 for another outside line, place the 2nd call. When you get the 2nd caller on the line, press Flash again, and you will have your 3-way call.
