Polycom VSX 7000

I've got a site which has a Polycom VSX 7000 already set-up, however they cannot receive any incoming calls to the unit, outgoing calls are ok.

The video conf has a ddi number, last 4 digits 6567, there is a aar digit conversion, which points 6567 to 7777. 7777 then points to route pattern 2, which points to trunk group 5, which has the TN556D trunks as members.

When I dial the DDI number and do a list trace on the TAC of trunk group 5, I get the following denial event:

Anybody any ideas on how to setup one of these Polycom units up??
