Polycom trio with skype for business

Hi

Has anyone got skype for business working on polycom trio
It keeps failing on signing in. The password works on web login

There is very little setup on the unit and all sites I google show the same setup method but it doesn’t work

Yes, mine works.

Authentication type: User Credentials
Sign-In Address: yourlogin@yourdomain.com
Domain: yourdomain.com
User: yourlogin
Password: (obvious)

... and that's all.
