Simplest way is if you use Phone Manager alongside ?
If using VMPro there is all sorts of complicated stuff you can setup with AA menus and conference add/ conference meet me etc to make it user friendly. Users internally end up dialling shortcode to VMPro, incoming route can also be sent to the short code for visitors to dial into... simple little conference bridge with an indial number allocated to it. PIN numbers etc. wrong dial actions etc, check digits.
A bit less control for the soundstation user unfortunately because the other parties need to make their own way into the conference, send out invites with pins & times etc.?
