When adding calls to the conference I can't find instructions that say what to do when you receive voicemail, busy or participant unable to join in. What documentation I have found is the before hitting the confernece key hit cancel to drop the call. No "Cancel" shows up in the soft keys as mentioned in other models on the Polycom. Has anyone had this issue?

Not the answer you are looking for, but in our case,when we set up a conference, we set up using a digital phone, which makes things much easier to control than trying with an analog phone, then include the Polycom analogs in the list.
