Problem
A SIP device (phone, polycom conference unit, etc) created in the HiPath
4000 can make calls but when another user tries to call it, they see
'not possible' on the display.

Solution
The issue occurs when the SIP station is created with an Optidx other than 10.
The proper setting for a DSS1 device (SIP) is 10.

The Optidx table can be viewed in ZAND:OPTITBL. The SIP devices in the 4000 use DSS1 as the protocol.
