Polycom Soundstation 2w on CICS

I have a CICS with 7.1 software and a Polycom wireless soundstation 2w hooked up to CICS ATA port. It use to work but the system failed and I have replaced the system and I am looking for some help on the programming in the Norstar System. There was a little card 3 years ago that told you the settings of the Norstar system to get the polycom to work on the ATA port on CICS.

if you want the polycom to get a direct line out, assign hot line as external and program f78 as number. make sure you set the prime line to a pool
