We are using a Polycom Soundstation 2W on an s8710 analog line. In Location A, it works fine. In Location B (EPN on same switch) the Polycom fails to consistently generate touch tones when interacting with automated systems (such as teleconference). We tried the same unit in both locations...Any ideas? Thanks.
