I have Polycom SoundPoint IP phones that are hosted off site by an Asterisk PBX and periodically throughout the day, I will try to make a call and the phone will say "PBX Unreachable." After maybe 30 seconds, everything is fine again. The company hosting the Asterisk swears up and down that it is not their issue. I have no other issues with the data.
Anyone have any idea on what might be causing this and what I can do to rectify the issue?
