Polycom Soundpoint IP 650 not connecting

I have a Polycom Soundpoint IP 650. It recently got accidently plugged into the wrong VOIP switch in an office move and now will not connect. It says URL Calling Is Disabled and says Line unregistered. I can manage the phone from a laptop via IP except when attenpting to access it via browser I get This Page Can't Be Displayed. I can ping the phone, and the phone is grabbing an IP via dhcp so not sure what is going on.

if it does not work, you can factory reset the phone and reconfigure it.
