polycom sound station2 direct connect

Anyone have any problems getting a Polycom sound station2
Direct connect to work on an option 11 48 port digital
line card, I can't get dialtone.

I believe that is an analog phone you are trying to hook up. You need to put it on an analog card slot...

My Polycom soundstation2 is an analog phone. I know they make digital ones but, ya gotta eliminate the easy stuff to get to the hard stuff. Did you get dial tone from a known good phone? If you are positive your Polycom is digital, how is built? what type of phone (2008, 2616, 390x?)
