Polycom SIP SoundStation 7000 work with CS1000 system

Good afternoon,

Has anyone used the Polycom SIP SoundStation 7000 with the CS1K? from documentation, it said it will work as the SIP3 licenses. We have no luck to intergrate the device with out system. We are at 7.5 leased, we can get the AVAYA b179 using SIPN to work with our system but not the Polycom SIP Soundstation 7000 using the SIP3 lincenses. Please let me know.

what was your configuration on the B179 phone. Putting one in and would like a little heads up on any issues.

see if you can add it as an SIP ENDPoint device in the NRS if the other way does not work.

I had those work as SIP endpoint device on 6.0 NRS (have not tried on 7.5)
