Polycom SIP 670 dialplan for IPO 7.0

Does anyone know what the dialplan is for polycom SIP phone so they can dial # and * shortcodes on IPO v7?

Still not working. Just trying to do default short codes for park and unpark but does not seem to even get through the polycom. Also trying to do # short codes and nothing.

Nothing, it never leaves the phone. Not sure why it happen but its definitly not the IPO. It should not be this difficult.

I got it from the ip7000 manual
What is the dial delay?
It should be 3|3|3 or similar.
