We have a new install BCM 400 w/4.0 software the Polycoms we ordered work fine making phone calls internal/external. But we cannot use the features to place calls on hold, conference, retrieve park calls, etc. Has anyone had this problem with 4.0 software. It does work fine on a BCM 400 with 3.7.
