I installed a Polycom SoundStation 2 on a MICS 4.1 analog port. I can make my 1st call just fine but when I flash the polycom I don't get internal dial tone to make the 2nd call. My MICS is at 600ms for link, the polycom is at 600ms for the flash timer. I set the analog extension to have 3 intercom keys. Is there something I'm missing to get it to work?? I'm don't know enough about the Polycom to say "It doesn't work that way". Any ideas?
Thanks,

I don't have the book here right now but I know you have to handle the call like a confrence call on an ATA. So to make a confrence call you need to:

make the first call; link (flash) 2 to put that call on hold.
make the second call; link *3 to establish the call.

for all the feature codes that an ATA (which is what the polycom basically is) look on your 4.1 CD at the Compact system coordinator guide Page 171.
