Polycom IP7000 Default Password not working

Im trying to test an IP7000 SoundStation and I have tried both default passwords 456 and 123 neither are working. Anyway I can reset the phone if these passwords arent working?

Are you try to put this on to an ip office phone system.

Did you check compatibility with the company .

Yes, I have tested a ton of other IP7000 and everything worked fine. Except this one. We got this back for and I have to test the phones before we resell. I think the customer has set their own password.

Search for IP 7000 factory reset on Google. You must find some keys during startup. Read carefully because I've seen something about configuring mac address.
