Polycom IP6000 Can't dial out

I am installing 3 IP6000s and followed the avaya pdf to get them to register. All three are registered and can make internal calls. I have tried removing the 9 via RR9R but nothing seems to work. My didgmap is [2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT|[9]xxxxxxxxxx

Is that a LD number your dialing? if so I do not see a 1 in the dial string

 
No it is a local 10 digit number dialing out over a 23 channel PRI. I have tried everything I know to try and the end result id always a fast busy.
 
Yes, I have a 9621 beside it and it dials out fine. I know on the IP6000 there are a couple of different ways to dial out on it. Such as dialing the number then the call button, pressing the call button then dialing the number, end pressing the "new call" softkey then dialing the number. All resulting in the same fast busy.
 
It lloks like your call is being rejected once it hits the PRI.. Is 1316 a DID or just internal number? Does you carrier require you to send Caller ID.. Maybe try forcing caller ID out of that station

 
You are absolutely correct sir. Sorry I forgot to post back after I got it working. The carrier was blocking it since it had no outbound CLID. Was having the same problem with my analog extensions also. Thing was that at the same time I was programming the analog extensions the carrier was having problems with just some of the numbers so some were working and some were not. Just so happens the one that wasn't was the first one I tried on the analog extension. Just my luck though.... Thanx for helping me out NYSTECH.
