Polycom IP6000 and NCP 500

Has anybody setup one of these conference units on the ncp 500 its SIP based. I have tried and rang Panasonic UK and Polycom and no help Panasonic uk told me they have tried and couldnt get it working. Polycom say it needs to upgraded firmware....

I didnt get it to register with the NCP but it wouldnt dial an extension or get a line out

Any ideas

Micheal, you said you didn't get to reg but it wont dial out, is that a typo and should say you did reg.

if yes can you call in, if you can it sounds like a problem I had with a cicso box I was using and the dial plan had to be changed. I looked around and it shows that the digimap in the ip 6000 should look like this.
