Polycom IP 5000 Dialing problem

Dear friend
I am using Polycom IP 5000 i want to put pause after dialing 0 but pressing speaker and 0 it starts sending digits.I have done 3 digit ext setting with [2]xx its ok .
Polycom IP 5000 version 4.0.14.0987

dialplan.digitmap : [2]xx|0,T , dial 2xx numbers directly after third digit, get a secondary dialtone after dialling a 0
dialplan.digitmap.timeOut 4|4 ,each dialplan.digitmap has a individual timer
