Have a customer with a soundstation in a conference room with a 7310. They usually establish the conference call on the 7310 and transfer it to the Polycom when ready for the call. Problem is we can establish a 3 party conference on the 7310, but then cannot transfer that call to the Soundstation. Any ideas? The polycom is configured with 2 intercom paths, I am kinda stuck on this one since no one ever uses the things as it is anyway!

Thanks!

Rich

Your problem is that when you establish your original 3 party confrence you have established all of the links your 7310 will allow. trying to transfer is considered the same as a confrence since it uses the same "circuit"

You can establish a confrence call on a confrence unit as follows:
make/answer first call
Feature 2 (put call on hold)
make/answer second call
Feature * 3 (establishes confrence)

If you want to make the calls to the parties on a plane phone first and then transfer the call one at a time to the conf unit you can.

there are other codes for hold consult and disconnect one party if youneed it?
