Polycom 5000s not working after re-IP

After a re-IP of the IPO R11.0 there are 2 Polycom IP 5000s that were working and now are not.

We have changed all the settings from the old IP address to the new, double-checked all settings, defaulted (the Polycom) and reprogrammed from scratch and nothing seems to work. I get the traces below continuously, but no 400 messages as to why the phone isn't registering. It's just not registering.

Any ideas?

It has to either have a default IP route or one that works for the phone network
