I have a small problem with the configuration poll from EVM, at some PBX's it won't bring the configuration and the icon is in a light blue color and it has only the SNMP agent icon witch is also in light blue color, of course
; the fact is that this PBX has the same configuration on the AAU2 board as the PBX's which are working just fine, and i can't understand why it won't work; to let you know, i access the AAU2 and NIU board from distance so i am not near PBX, but i can ping both boards and also i can access them without any problem......Can you give an idea what could be wrong????
