I have an array of DHCP servers. I want to use an SNMP poll to tell me if the DHCP services are running. This works for the DNS services, if I poll for Port 53 and I get the desired reaction when the service stops. This is a broadcast service with no Specific port available for this purpose. Any suggestions on how to poll a server for this information. Are YOU Sancho?....No you are not. Is Scott Baio Sancho?....NO, he is not!....Only.."I"....am Sancho!
