How do I link a Group policy to a specific user or users?

The best way is simply to make those users members of the group which has the policy applied.

Hope this helps

Actually, if you are using group policy, then you are also using AD. Open the Domain Computers and Users MMC snap in and set up an OU (Organizational Unit) for the poor people that you want to lock down. Right click on the OU folder and select properties. There should be a tab that says Group Policy on it. From there you can assign policies. Daniel Shackelford
