Policy to remove some accessories

I am looking to remove some (most) of the accessories listings for default users in a policy. I am having trouble creating such a policy though. Any suggestions?
 
How are you going about doing this. The easiest way is to go to start menu, then run, type poledit. make your changes there and save. should work.
