Policy to create tablespaces

Hello again!!!
I'm creating my database but I'd like to approve all the capabilities and advantages of Oracle so I want to do well since the first time. How is the best policy to create tablespaces, what I mean is, how many tablespaces must I create? the size of them? ...
If you could give some advice I'd be wonderful.

It depends completely on your specific task. You should have at least SYSTEM tablespace to create system objects.
