Policy stop working after external connection dis/reconnect??

I have Checkpoing NG AI on a Nokia130 with IPSO3.7 build 29

It's working fine except if i disconnect and reconnect the external cable, i can't ping from the nokia box, but all internal client will lost their connection unless i reinstall the policy inside the checkpoint.
What kind of problem is this? does anyone has any experience with this problem? I really appreciate for any suggestion.
