Policy Server problem - "addon not found"

Hi All
I have NG FP2 running on a win2k mamagement console and
a win2k gateway. Management is licensed for EEC, secure
remote (500 user) and secureclient. Gateway has
a VMU, and secureclient. The policy server service shows
as healthy in status monitor.

When I try to load a desktop policy onto the gateway
via policy editor I get the error

Policy Server policy installation failed for module N1
Reason: Addon for install / uninstall function not found

Any ideas what I am missing?

Hi from Spain Jim
you have installed the policy server in wrong place.
You have to install the policy server in VPN-1/FW-1 module.
