Policy Manager

I am getting the following error message on one of our NW 5.1 servers: "Policy Manager (5.00-089.) Server is unable to obtain a server base license. Connection to this server is not allowed." I have installed a MLA license already in the container and I already have a "NLS_LSP_server" for this object in the container. I cannot connect to this server. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Install Support Pack 3 for NetWare v5.1 (NW51SP3). If you can't find that, install NW51SP4. That will take care of your problem.

I have SP 3 installed on this server already. NW 5.1 has been installed on this server for about a month. The first few weeks, I had no problems with the licensing. But this past weekend, this server was down for a few hours. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but when I brought the server back it , it began to have the "Policy Manager" errors. Could you tell me what exactly is involved in installing a MLA license, just to be sure I'm not forgetting anything?
