Policy issue

Ok, so I kinda screwed myself over...

I was editing the local policy on my server, and now I can't run any programs - even as the administrator. And that's including the policy editor...

Any suggestions on how to reverse this?

try this link, in my early days i did the same thing lol
and i found the first gpo and replaced it with the up to date one!! looks some thing like this below, do a properties on it and look at date time applied to get oldest one .. example only (4ojottjj4i34344u45j22)
