Anyone have a written policy stating users are not to forward voicemail messages off-net? We can limit the .wav file from being forwarded, but if someone has the Outlook Thick Client, they can forward that and in some testing, the recipient can play it. Apparently this cannot be restricted from forwarding so we want to develop a policy.
