Help! I want to disable downloads from the Internet using IE. MS tells me to Disable Downloads via Tools\Internet Options\Security\Custom Level\Disable Downloads from within IE. This doesn't work. Also, I can't find anything within Poledit. Is there a tool, script or something that I need to make this policy work?

I am in a Citrix enviroment using NT 4 Terminal Server.
