Policy Document

i am trying to create the first policy document for my domino directory. I have createpolicy, and policymodifier roles and manager of domino directory. i am on r5.10 and using a r6 client. when i click on polcies there is nothing there, when i try to create a policy it says
invalid or nonexisting document.

there were no policies created before this is going to be the first how do i do it ?

As far as I know, you can't create R6-based policies on an R5 server. You need to be using the Domino Directory on a R6.0 or greater server.
