I am building an e-commerce store for a client of mine. This is the first time I have taken on this task.

I am almost done with the site and need to add a few pieces of content. Namely:

1. Privacy Policy
2. Data Security Capabilities
3. Terms and Conditions

The first two I got as I believe they apply moreso to the technical aspect of what I am doing. The terms and conditions I am a little worried about. I don't feel that I am qualified to draft up something like this. I have instructed my client to consult with a lawyer about this.

What is your take on providing these types of documents to your client in the context of e-commerce?
