We have two Xt5000 Scopia room systems, with SMB 9 licenses, installed in the same network (in two meeting rooms)
both are registered with the IP Office
everything is working fine (IX clients, outside from browser, etc), except the point to point video between the MCU's. When we dial the XT5000 endpoint's extension number from the other site's XT5000, only audio calls are available, no video.
The dial method is always audio + video.
No firewall between the MCU's.
IPO version: 11.04
MCU version: 9.1.8
Any suggestions?

Try "dialing" the other XT5000's IP address. The extension number (SIP) is for voice only.

If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH'.
The paint wouldn't even have time to dry.”

Thank you Ekster, problem solved
If i dial the IP of the other MCU, and set the protocol to h.323 (instead of SIP), working fine!
