FECPM PM doesn't support clock rate 0

This is the error I am getting when trying to disable the clock function on my 3640 router. Verizon is telling me that my clock interface is messed up and that is why my lines keep dropping. I thought they provided the clock (since I haven't for 2 months). I added a clock rate to my serial interface and when I try to remove it this is the error return I get. Thanks for any input.

If you change the clock source to internal on one (only) CSU it should sync up properly. Command is something like:

service-module t1 clock source internal

if you have an internal csu/dsu card. If it's external, config it to provide the clock.

I do have an internal CSU and I tried that already. Thanks for the input though. I need something else, and I cannot pin it down.

davidarnt is correct 1 side needs to internal and the other needs to the line. Verify
with Verizon that they are setup corrctly. You stated that you have worked for 2 months, the question I have is what has changed since then ? Jeter@LasVegas.com

You are right after all. I had set this and I was still getting errors, but on my distant ends I reset the lines with "slave" tendencies, and I have been error free for 13 hours. Thanks for the input.
