We have a CS1000 on one end and a Cisco Communication Manager at the other end. We are able to make extension calls back and forth but now we want to call from the Cisco to the Nortel and dial out. The Cisco is in NY and the Nortel is in LA. So when NY dials 91xxx-xxx-xxxx they want to get dial tone from the LA switch and connect to a caller. When they dial 9 and any number now it does not go out. What do we need to do on the Nortel system to connect the call. We have two PRI T1's for in and out in the LA system.
