I have two locations that have a point to point T-1 to communicate by extension number dialing and to be used for 1 800 incoming calls to reach extensions at either site. When calling in thru the 1 800 number a message of the line or line pool needed for this call is busy, and when trying to dial from an extension at site A to another extension at site B the display reads no free lines. Local area provider says the T-1 is fine but this has happened before and after opening a ticket is seems to disappear later in the day but I am looking to resolve this so it wont happen again. Any and all help is appreciated.
