I have looked at Microsoft's website, but I did not see anything(easily) that gave any good examples of how to connect to a dBase file via ADO. Can someone help?

I believe you will need to set up an ODBC connection to the dbase files, then use the ODBC provider in your ADO connection string. It should be the same as setting up any other ADO connection string, which I assume you are familar with.
