When I have a power outage. The power comes back on then switchports that have devices in use do not work. I can change the port that it is connected to and it works. After about 10 mins I can plug the device back into the port that did not work and it will be working again. Is this something to do with error disable. Is there a config to the interface so that this won't happen.

Hi,
I assume the phones are POE. It sounds like there isn't enough power to power up all of the phones at once. Cisco has a power calculator that will let you know if you are overloading your switch. Cisco Calculator
